I am Nishimura, in charge of enrollment activities and life instruction.
Before your entering school, I would like to answer your questions and give you advice to make your life in Japan as smooth as possible. After your enrollment, together with all my colleagues I would support you with our whole heart to reach your personal goals and to successfully graduate.
Up to now I have interviewed with over 3,000 students in China and other areas. Almost all students behaved a little nervous.

I am Sayoko Funatsu of the Student Department.
Driving and music are my hobbies. I can speak English.
I provide daily support to students from before their coming to Japan until graduation.
When I see students coming every day, and their language skills improve day by day, I feel greatly happy. At the same time, I learn a lot of precious things from the students as well.
I also have experience of living abroad. Unable to understand the language, unfamiliar to the foreign rules, no friends to talk with… People get stressed under such condition. If you feel like in trouble, please don’t hesitate to come to us for help. Maybe we are not able to immediately solve your problem every time, but, let us try hard together.
Hello everybody. I am Matsumoto of Student Department.
My job is to provide you with various supports before and during your study in Japan.
Up till now, I have lived outside Japan in Canada, Nepal, and China, and have learned several languages. Compared to language study itself, communication with people with different habits and values will certainly broaden your vision. And exploring the life abroad is the best part of the whole learning experience.
Usually there are students from over 30 countries studying at TCJ. Vigorous activities are also held for everyone to experience Japanese culture. We hope that through our efforts TCJ students can have a great life when study abroad of high quality and sweet memory.
Let us learn Japanese together at TCJ!
Hello. I am Naoko Nozawa of Student Department.
I went to China for language study when I was a student. The curiosity for
experience different language and culture inspired me to live abroad at that time.
When asked about what one can gain from the abroad life, I would say, your
future choices will multiply if you learn a new language. Your vision will also be enlarged the same time you get in touch with new culture or unfamiliar habits. Moreover, you will deepen the understanding of your own country as you understand another.
When I studied abroad, nothing about my future was clearly in my mind. I just didn’t want to waste the precious opportunity for learning. And right now, thanks to that experience, I am able to follow the career as supporting international students here in Japan.
Although study at the language school is just a stop for you to move forward,it is your first landing place in Japan. As an important bridge that links to the future, we hope you could learn to understand Japanese culture, practice, and way of thinking through your study here.
Please have a rich life at TCJ!
